David Kremen is a Partner at Oshman Mirisola Law Group, PLLC, with over 30 years of experience handling serious personal injury and medical malpractice cases. David has helped clients secure millions of dollars in settlements. His work includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (slip, trip & fall), construction site accidents, municipal employee accidents, healthcare provider malpractice, claims before the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, and other complex injury matters.
